1. Return policy. Games On The Spot is an entertainment service and thus we do not have a return policy nor do we accept returns. 2. Games On The Spot will arrive at your location fifteen to thirty minutes before the scheduled start. If for reason outside our control we cannot make this time we will contact you with a modified estimated time of arrival. 3. Games On The Spot's Customer Privacy Policy covers the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information that may be collected by Games On The Spot anytime you interact with us, such as when you visit our website, when you purchase products and services, or when you call our sales associates. Your privacy is a priority , and we go to great lengths to protect it. We do not share our customer data with any third party companies or affiliates. We may from time to time use this data for Games On The Spot promotions only. 4. Cancellation : Fortunately, our self-sustained gaming trailer makes for great fun, rain or shine. However, we understand that sometimes things just come up. If you must cancel a party, a full refund is given with at least two week's notice. Any cancellations with less than two week's notice forfeits deposit, unless the party is rescheduled for a later date. Parties may only be rescheduled one time. Cancellations or changes to schedule within a week of event are at sole discretion of Games On The Spot and may forfeit deposit. 5. Inclement Weather : Our Video Game Theater was designed for all weather climates. The Theater is insulated and climate controlled. In the event of severe weather such as ice and snow storms, high winds, lightening, thunder, flooding and/or heavy rains we will work with you to reschedule your event. 6.
